Comments:
Same hill repeats we did during cross country next to the track. Got through two sets(10 reps) and knee started to bother me again. Probably should have just said I wasn't going to do it because I'm supposed to stay away from hills and unveven surfaces, both of which this route had. Cooled down around the school and the IT Band started to tighten up more and become inflamed. Fucking great.
