9-10:30am (inspired by anthony to actually get up early during spring break)
at Landon's track
the 4x1000 was IMPOSSIBLE!!! can't believe i got thru it! got a little cramp in the same place again, but wasn't too bad - just kept going. did 800m recoveries. could get myself to do 6, so just did some sprints (400, 200, 100 - with even less recovery in between)
when i got back home: crunch progression (45sec sets) with 20 push-ups in between, leg strengthening, and heel-toe walks. got some good stretching in.
