Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cold and windy again! :(

lost track of time shopping... so almost dark by the time i got home and my parents wouldn't let me out for very long and wouldn't let me go on the topath (for obvious safety reasons, and because i was making them wait to eat diner) - i just stayed in kenwood and explored some streets i've never been on before.

at home it then did planks (45sec sets), leg lifts (12 per leg), leg strengthening (20 per leg), and heel-toe walks
these exercises along with my stretching was a little all over the place, just getting it in between courses in stuff... so that wasn't great...

it was so cold out side (or at least not nearly as warm as it has been). i walked out side in shorts and a t-shirt... and then immediately jumped back inside to get a sweatshirt... but was still cold!
