Comments:
We did another 5 mile tempo run. My legs were a tiny bit tight from the intervals on Tuesday, and I ate a big dinner too early before this. The run went decent and I definitely got my training in, but it was a little slower than last week in 29:12. It didn't help that we did the first mile in 5:37, but oh well. I can't wait for camp.
