Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Up at 5:10 a.m. and @ the gym by 5:20 a.m. I jumped on the elliptical for 40 strong minutes. I worked out hard because Monday is Weigh Day and I hope I have lost some more weight. Also: chest and shoulders day. Thanks for your prayers!
