Ran a 10k this morning with phil Thought he would destroy me, but he has been fighting a cold, so he only got me by 14 seconds. It was pretty hilly and I still ran under 33 minutes 32:55 which I am pretty pumped about. Can't wait to run again here. My legs also finally feel normal again. I didn't like taking all the time off, but I think I am now ready to be consistent again. I could have gone faster, but didn't really want to go to the well. Just a good hard run.
