real easy to veale to lift and then back. was pretty much at my mileage already and just needed to stretch out. the way back was much slower but there was reason for it. i hurt my chest resting it on a med ball doing the circuit (yeah i know how odd that sounds) and it was bothering me. ended up spending 3 1/2 hours in the er to confirm what i knew in that it was just a muscle strain and not like a cracked sternum or anything. but i figured i'd be safe and i also wanted to appease my parents. hopefully it won't keep me from running.
