Comments:
2 mile tempo on MLK with frist mile 5:45, second 5:40 total 11:25.

then on the track...

2 x 1200 with the first 800 at 2:32 and the last 400 at 73. Our first last 400 wasn't on but the second. The change of pace made it feel tough. Good workout. Then I did the circuit @ Veale.
