Kicker 1000's

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Outdoor track. Elaine said 39. I don't believe her

Comments:
Workout today was basically a faster longer version of Sly's kicker 600's. Thank God the paces were adjusted a little because hitting 2:10 and then coming back with a sub 30 would have been ridicously dificult. Ended up being a pretty good workout even though I felt sleepy and tired for most of it. Wanter to shoot myself for most of the workout when running it. I really don't know why though. I was never really pushing that hard in the 800's and the 200's were where I should have wanted to shoot myself. I don't know. I'll be over it by confrence hopefully. Tired legs now though.
Splits: 2:12, 30 (2:42), 2:16, 28 (2:44), 2:16, 29 (2:45)
Lots of rest between. A 600 jog and then probably a couple minutes of walking around.
