Pretty fun workout. Feel good going into this weekend. Kind of got screwed on the seed times, but there are several guys at 4:10 along with me, so odds are they're faster than that as well. Running in the slow heat might not be a bad thing, that way, I can run MY race.
Found out that I'll probably be able to go to OWU next week as well because we'll be getting a van.
Setting my goals for this weekend high, hitting these times would make me ecstatic, anything within 3 seconds of them would make happy, 5 seconds-content, 7 seconds-pissed:
1500-4:03 (65 pace)
800-1:59
I really want to throw down against competition that I actually know.
