I went home last night...so I went to a track my high school team uses at another high school (since we don't have one) and ran my workout this morning.

2 mile warm-up, drills, striders

then 13 x 400 @ race pace with 30 seconds rest in between

1-8 @ 76

9-11 @ 74/75

12, 13: 73/71

I was real happy i was ablt to speed up in the end and the rest was fine. I think I'm ready for a 15:50!
