18 on my 18th!!
Ran 16(first 10 with Alex), pretty relaxed pace. Almost exactly 7 min. Followed it up with 6x200m on the minute and a 2000m cooldown. Felt good, but my lower left calf wouldnt loosen up. Need to keep an eye in it. Long run today because I'm going to college tomorrow and all.
