Weather: 20MPH winds

Comments:
Ran a workout with Colin, Slavo and Evan. They did 5xK and 4x200M, I decided against the last two Ks and a 'maybe' on the 200s.

The K's felt okay. Again, I can tell that I'm aerobically fine, but my legs are still weak. The wind was brutal. Every single time I would be out in 36S and then I would hit the wind on the backstretch and just screech to a halt almost. Everyone was slow. The wind got tougher to fight with each one too. It's a good thing I was only doing three because the last two would have been so inconsistent that they wouldn't have even been worth it.

Ran two miles on the track while they finished up their K's and first two 200Ms. I jumped into the last two. First one felt smooth (with the wind) and the second one was rough, but either way, it felt good to move fast.
