felt kind of strange running right after getting off a bike, but felt fine about 3 minutes in. aiming to hit 14 for the week, so I didn't really know how long to go in terms of time and we were on the trails so I can't really map it. but we ended up going for 24 minutes, probably a bit slower than 8 minute pace... I'd say 2.7 or 2.8?
inside of my right knee kinda hurt again. I think it felt ok by the end. I don't really know what to do about it. It doesn't hurt a lot, just enough for me to notice it's there and wonder if it's a problem I should be worried about.
