Comments:
Even though we had 4 at practice this morning, due to everyone being on spring break, those four
Ella, Amelia, Madolyn and Meghan had a great workout.
6 x 1000's from 4:15-4:20 and 4:04 on the 6th 1000
we had 2:30 recoveries in between

Meghan did the 800,800,600,600,400,400,200,200 workout.. everyone closed with 10 x 20 second strides at 80% speed.. and then they had an ice bath.. very solid workout..
