Comments:
long practice. warm up to track. 4x200 with 200 rest. hit 39s. 4x400 with 400 rest. hit 77s. 2 mile tempo went 540 then 550. then 4x400 hit 39s again. hrm leg felt fine. the most tired i was was on the 2 mile and it was my body not my legs. foot/ankle held up also not an issue. knee was a little sore at points but felt fine after. still a lot of milage today gonna feel it later probably
