Comments:
continuous 6 mi tempo on the treadmill (except it turned off at like 4 miles...it was weird but i only stopped for like 30s or less. whatever) 3 miles at 6 minute pace, mile 4 at 5:56, mile 5 at 5:49, mile 6 at 5:33.
felt pretty good...my legs are pretty dead now though.
