Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran like total dick. Paces were everywhere, couldn't make it more than .75 miles without dying to stop. Wound up stopping once every two miles, heat was just killing me.
Ran on the Rail Trail and taped up the shin for lower/better impact. Best its felt on a run yet, nor did it really bother me later either. Good signs, we'll see what happens tomorrow.
