Comments:
Warm up to track. did 2 of the 4 1000s. could feel the IT on the first. felt fine on way over but the first rep i could feel it. didnt want to push it. See what happens tomorrow. Deep down i really want to do one steeple this year, even if it is this weekend. i can take off after that and really figure out how to loosen the IT. Looking for a deep tissue massage and going to start going to rehab in training room. the uncomfort is just a day o day thing i think, but i eventually need it to loosen.
