12 x 400's... what a workout!!!
1.5 warmup through spring bank
a few strides on the track to warmup the legs..
Set #1...86..83..82..82..= 5:33 on 2:40 base and 3:00 recovery after set
Set #2...89..86..85..83...= 5:43.. on 2:45 base..4:00 recovery before last set
Set #3...89..87..87..80..= 5:43
Amelia and Madolyn did the 12 x400's
Amelia's total time for the 3 miles was an impressive.. 16:59...that's 5:40 pace and 85 per 400 avg... not too shabby..
Meghan S. and Ella did
4x400's..4x300's..4x200's with similar pacing
good workout with windy and cool conditions..

we did a circuit of weight machines after our workout...It's been a good spring break week of running.
