Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran for 30 minutes on the fields then did 7x3min pickups with everyone. Felt pretty good on the first few but then it started to get tough. I backed off some towards the end because I didn't want to get too far under threshold right now and I've been in need of an easy day. Cooled down for about 15 minutes and did 20 minutes of swimming afterwards.
