1500 in 4:00.69 for the win! 3 second pr. splits were 64.8, 2:10, 3:14. felt pretty good, but it's about time i went out in around 2:06-2:08 i think. hopefully all ohio goes out quick. I sat at the back in this thing and just passed people over the course of the race. next time i'm going to be out in the thick of it i think.
