With Tim Smith. Up NP to SP to WP to Shaker and back, taking S. Overlook to Cedar Glenn on the way back down.

Legs felt much better than yesterday, as did just about everything else on my body. Much better pace as well. Talked mostly about running, some about the future as well as the past.

Still disappointed in myself for not taking care of things this past week and letting my mileage suffer as a result. try to change that this week and down the home stretch.
