Comments:
Started to rain a little outside so we practice in the gym for a bit. Jogged around for a little while with a few pickups/strides. Then did quick strides in the gym(not very long though). Went down to the track and ran an easy half mile then did 4X100 strides with jog back. Felt okay I guess.
