2 mi tempo @ 6:20 pace, final time 12:34; 1 min rest; 2 x 400 @ 1:19, 1 min rest between; 2 mi tempo @ 12:31, 2 x 400 @ 1:19; 2 mi tempo @ 12:23 (last 800 build-up - 1:31 and 1:27 400's); felt great!!! happy to do such a quality workout, gave me A LOT of confidence for this marathon...
