The girls had a very solid workout this evening @ YCP. we did 2K, 1K, 1K, fast on each set then we went 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 1K, the girls covered the last 1K in 3:00 minutes. 2K warmup and cooldown. everyone had a very sold workout this evening. I Like It!!!1
