Comments:
Didn't get there in time to warm up, so it was hard getting started. 4 minutes on - 4 minutes off, 3 minutes on - 3 minutes off, 2 minutes on - 2 minutes off, 1 minute on - 1 minute off. Then, back down the ladder except for the 4 minutes. It was just Kelly and Whitney for the girls. I ran with Kelly. She did better today. Whit did the first set, but was feeling bad for goind down the ladder.
