Killed the last one. Where was that focus and drive on Saturday? Maybe I lost it in the 8 hours I had to wait to race. That's not going to happen at Allegheny

The goal is, was, and always will be Allegheny. That means no Conference. I'm glad coach is restructuring my workouts to accommodate my race schedule. Modified workouts start Friday. Time to do work. I plan on killing it these next couple weeks, then backing off a ton in the two weeks before Allegheny (that means not hammering workouts).
