Mile Repeats!!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 mile warm-up; then Chris and I ran three mile repeats on the Michigan loop with 3 minutes in between each. They were 5:06, 5:04, 5:05..so if they were on a track i'm guessing they would have even have been faster! regardless, those were the paces we wanted so it was a good workout! and awesome weather!
