Really windy! Ran at central muddle school. To do 2 miles at 630, 2x400 at 78 and 1 mile at 630. One minute between all (jogs in cooldown). On 9 laps to 2 mile track did 1302 (632, 630), 40.6, 40.3, 40.0, 39.0, 625. Did 200s since wind was ridiculous. Felt strong. Getting better each time out.
