By myself, saw Justine as I neared MLK, glad that I did not wear a long sleeve shirt, drills

MLK
40 min steady-state @5:40-5:30 pace, workout started out well, split 5:41, 5:40 for my first two miles, got out on the lake and wind was rough, third mile was just above 6:00, turned around but I was a bit tired from the wind, split just under 6:00 for the next couple of miles, satisfied with my effort, took a much-needed pit stop at the end

Originally planned to head straight back to Veale especially with how my stomach felt, but I felt compelled by the way the lights worked out to go for two miles, pit stop at NRV, Coach drove up just as I was starting back to Veale, talked to her about the workout, started jogging and she drove along side telling me about two recruits that we had just got, stretch, 40 Ibis
