Pre-race runs
My pre-race prep was doing warm ups and cool downs with everyone for their races at conferences. Not ideal, at all.
After everyone left I did one more mile at a decent clip, then hopped on the track and did 8x100 striders.
Felt slow on the striders and during the day I had a lot of weird locks and pains going on. Calves got cramps at one point, as well as inside of my quad.
When I got home that night my legs felt outright sore, everything ached.
