Comments:
20Xhill repeats. Hill is only about 10 meters long at most, but about 210 meters for the full route. Ran 20 of them with some being "2 lappers". Didn't feel to hot. Pushed the 3rd to last one hard on a 2 lapper, but tied up badly. Cooled down on the grass. Knee started to become a bother toward the end.
