Comments:
Ran to Legion via new hartford, burlew and legion blvd to park. looped the park and came back on byers. once to track. 3 x60 meter strides to warmup legs..3 x 2 minute warnings. 50..40..30
the girls covered over 600 meters each set taking turns leading their groups.. we broke up into 4 groups of 3.. on the last session we did the 2 minute warning via (The Train) method.. we did a mile in sub 8 minutes for a cooldown and, did several passes with the baton... nice pre-meet work(day).. i look for solid performances tomorrow in Henderson..
