really annoying to pass people and with all the roots and all. exactly the reason why i was going to be anchor and not starting leg at woodwards...just a thought. ran there 4 loops (2 hard- kind of solo on the first one then the last one finished with paul and terrance) with Sean as cooldown the last mile in CJ like 6:40, 5k loop then ran back. found my shoes :)
