Rain Fartlek

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran the warm up, then went up to the gym, and back down to the bowl. 20 minute fartlek which for some reason Gene had us do on the zig zags where we had to turn every 20 seconds when it was already slippery. Ran a half mile on the track to cool down. Still don't have much feeling in my lower left leg. Feels like it just goes numb when I run.
