Weather: Warm and a little humid
Comments:
14 laps (3.5 mi) alternating 1:40 and 1:27 per lap; fell off pace for the last mile or so - did not feel well, stomach bothering me a little and my body felt like it wouldn't go; 4 x 150m to work on form and leg turnover after the slower workout; also did some hurdle drills after 150's - stepping over hurdles to loosen up and stretch legs
