Comments:
Ran through the trails known as "shit" today. Really like it down there, nice dirt paths. Probably run there a few times during the summer, when no dirt bikers will be there. Stopped a few times to figure out where we were. 50 50 100 100 meter strides on the track. Leg feels a little bit better, but could still feel it at times.
