Comments:
Started the workout with some punishment in the form of 27 jump squats (I kind of like those). Then Rusty and I ran the workout together. I felt comfortable throughout with the exception of having to push the pace a little bit harder than I may have otherwise push during our 3 min hard top of the latter. As I expected, the water at the end was a welcome reward.
