Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
One of those days where I was busy from 10AM-10PM, so I had to get the run in first thing in the morning, which for me, is difficult.
Only did 6 because, well, I was running late and I needed one easier day this week. It made more sense to do a long run and a normal run on the weekend (or a track workout).
Some numbness still. Doesn't affect my form, its just annoying. Did some back pressups after the run.
