Comments:
First real workout of the season. I jogged about 1 1/2 miles down to the canal and did two 2 Mile tempo runs with a 2 Mile jog in between and a 1 1/2 cool down. The goal was 11:00 for each 2 Mile. The first 2 Mile I felt a little flat and tired but still managed a 10:57/10:58. After the 2 Mile jog in between I felt ready to roll right into the last one. I ran a 10:59/11:00 feeling pretty good untill the last few minutes I started to tire. Decent workout but its only the first one so im ok.
