distance day with some fartleks included
15 minute training pace , then 60,40,20 seconds at 3k race pace and, 60 second recoveries in between each. Back to normal training, then fartleks again at 30 minute, 45 minutes and 60 minutes then finished with a cooldown jog. Good but demanding day. Athletes were tired and deserve a day off Friday
