Comments:
Ran a 4 mile steady state at around 5:45-6:00 pace on North Park. Felt ok, I didn't really push that hard, plus I went mostly uphill.
More importantly, our team finished 3rd in our heat for the Qdoba relays, and I split a 3:51, the second fastest time on our team only to Carter who freaking rocked it. We're totally winning that shit next year.
