Comments:
12 burpees, 30 ab crunches, 24 squats, 10 squats with dumbells, 8 feet on knee ab crunches, 30 lower back extensions, 15 lunges on each leg, 15 single leg squats on each leg. Plus intervals of 400m runs and 2 miles(ish) of light jogging to cool down, as seen in other entry.
