Weather: Hotter than usual, little shade, windy

Comments:
6 x 1000 today.
Goal was 3:00 for each one. Pretty solid recovery 3 minutes (5 minutes before #4 and #6)

Legs felt like crap after my long run on Sunday and steady state/Qdoba relays on Saturday. Regardless, I hit the times well except for #4. On #6 I split 73 for the first 400, so I came back faster, which is always good. I had a little slip up in the middle, but I maintained my composure and finished the workout well. Even though coach left early, I got some solid support from Justine and a few of the hurdlers and that helped me get through the workout. Coach Rubin was even nice enough to look at me.

Finished with 4x200 at 33-35.

I think I earned my day of cross training tomorrow. It will be nice to give my legs a slight reprieve.
