Comments:
Good quality work today, 9x300 with 2:30 rest at mile pace, 47, 46, 45, 45, 45, 45. 45, 44, 46. Martin told us after 8 about the 200s so slowed a little for the last one. Pretty easy though. After 10 min recovery/jog, 4x200 with 30 secs rest at 800 pace. 27, 28, 28, 28. Pretty dead after those. Good workout
