Weather: 85-90+ very warm

Comments:
Weighed 180.6. Ran later in the morning then usual. (7:30am). Forgot situps. Didn't wear a shirt. Had a bite of a clif bar & 1/2 a sugarfree RedBull. Good run. 3 short breaks / walks for h20. 1 long stop to help landscapers find Ash street Kind of a hard run due to a couple factors. Didn't get a good nights' sleep. Late start & heat a factor too. Ate part of a poptart & drank 1/2 a gatorade after run to replenish glucosamine. Felt pretty good after run. Probably should've stretched a big more after run.
