Comments:
Felt really bloated for some reason. ran slow, but felt pretty bad. decided to make today easy and tomorrow long, instead of the opposite.

my goals for next week are:
1. run 98 on singles, including a 20-mile long run.
2. swim mon, tues, wed for 20 minutes each, totalling 1 hour for the week.
3. get in a good A1 workout and a hard race at wooster.
4. do 10 strides 2-3 times this week.

MON - 13 + strides; swim
TUES - 13; swim
WED - 13 (+strides); swim
THURS - 10 + strides
FRI - Race (13 miles)
SAT - 20 miles
