Comments:
a little 200 action with the naptown striders at Rose. aka me, micah, mudd, and bisch. mudd and bisch were killin it but i ran a few descent ones for not really training the past 2 weeks. it was fun though and my splits were (26.8 - 26.3 - 26.3 - skipped - 32(easy) - 7.48(100-new world record by the way))
