Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
we did a 10-15 minute warmup then back to the track for some speed.. a few strides to warmup the legs. Suzanne Holt did the workout with the girls..
8x1:00 minute with 45 second walk then 45 second jogs in between.. covering 300 or so each 1:00
4x30 seconds to finish up the workout..
15 minute cooldown.
